Pre-made The Molecular Level is a Quest in Fallout 4. for one explosives are expensive in large groups unless you find or make them. You don't need a high Luck with explosives, 6 or 7 is more than enough. DxDiag reports nothing interesting/unusual. These were already introduced in the first Fallout so I was kind of surprised they were missing, but now they're back.
